Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity to join the in-house legal team of a highly respected property investment group located in Durbanville, Western Cape. You will step into a critical role, taking ownership of a broad spectrum of commercial, corporate, and property-related legal matters that underpin the group's diverse operations.
Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you will be instrumental in managing complex transactions across an organizational structure involving numerous entities and joint ventures. This role offers significant exposure to high-volume corporate governance functions and complex development lifecycle support. We seek a commercially astute individual who thrives in a trust-based, non-micromanaged environment.
