How you'll make an impact

As a Personal Lines Retention Account Handler, you'll play a key role in helping our customers stay protected and ensuring they continue to receive the personalised service Gallagher is known for. You'll:

• Build strong relationships with existing customers, helping them review and renew their insurance policies.
• Take the time to understand each customer's circumstances and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
• Support customers throughout the renewal process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism, empathy and attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to enhance cover and introduce additional products where appropriate.
• Deliver trusted advice that helps customers make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute insights that support continued service improvement.
• Keep up to date with industry developments to ensure customers receive relevant and competitive solutions.

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

• APA qualified as a minimum.
• Experienced in customer service, retention, sales or personal lines insurance.
• Passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences.
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and earning trust.
• Solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Organised and comfortable managing multiple customer queries and priorities.
• Committed to maintaining professional standards, CPD requirements and regulatory compliance.
