How you'll make an impact

As a Personal Lines Retention Handler, you'll play a key role in helping customers stay protected and ensuring they continue to receive the service and support they value. You'll:

• Speak with existing customers about their insurance renewal options and ongoing needs.
• Build strong relationships through friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer service.
• Understand each customer's circumstances and recommend insurance solutions that meet their needs.
• Manage policy renewals accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to enhance cover or introduce additional products where appropriate.
• Support customers with queries and concerns, providing clear advice and guidance.
• Stay informed about market developments and industry trends to ensure customers receive the most relevant solutions.

About you

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Experienced in a customer-facing, retention, sales or insurance role.
• APA qualified (or equivalent).
• Confident building relationships and communicating with a wide range of customers.
• A strong listener who can understand customer needs and provide practical solutions.
• Organised and proactive, with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Committed to maintaining professional standards, CPD requirements and regulatory compliance.
