Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, a typical day involves taking design concepts and transforming them into tangible prototype solutions that enhance the overall user experience. This role requires balancing the creative aspects of design with practical considerations of technical feasibility. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that prototypes align with both user needs and project goals, while continuously refining solutions to optimize usability and engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of user experience prototypes to meet project requirements.
- Facilitate communication between design and engineering teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Strong skills in wireframing and prototyping tools to create interactive user interfaces.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Ability to analyze user feedback and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles to understand technical constraints and possibilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
