Senior Delivery Analyst

Delivers data, data products, and information that drive our client’s multi-channel marketing capabilities. They have a deep understanding of the details of our client’s data and Acxiom’s products to ensure that our clients and / or third party vendors receive clean, enhanced, segmented, ready-to-market data. Senior Delivery Analysts drive improvements to quality, and adherence to standard processes and procedures. They work with clients and / or third-party vendors to begin to understand requirements and escalate issues with a focus on maintaining a seamless process flow. Provides expertise in analyzing, trouble shooting and changing processes and data to ensure efficient delivery of services to Acxiom clients. Maintains expertise in all areas of processing and product capabilities and utilizes expertise to optimize delivery of services. Consults with and mentors junior team members on most efficient processing techniques and best auditing methods; acts as an escalation point for less experienced associates; submits jobs and provides workflow management; utilizes transfer mechanisms to move data to appropriate platforms; ensures compliance with established procedures, project requirements and service level agreements through testing and audits; provides support and communication to teams and/or clients based on knowledge of data and/or processes.

JOB ROLE SUMMARY

Provides expertise in analyzing, trouble shooting and changing processes and data to ensure efficient delivery of services to Acxiom clients. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complex research and issue resolution (fixing errors, internal tool errors, troubleshooting). Maintain an inventory of solution components and processes. Possible involvement with sales support activities such as scoping / LOE.
• Understanding of many Acxiom services. Client interaction – complex question support for client. Complex client requested adhoc projects.
• Implement and Test Complex Changes. Involved with design activities and documentation of processes – oversight of process / solution changes. Identify
• Innovations/ Perform initial processing for clients and work to stabilize the process. Perform production support on multiple accounts/solutions
• Accountable for ownership of on-time input and output delivery, including taking initiative to monitor after hours. Accountable to manage their own time in order to meet deadlines, including taking Initiative to monitor work after hours.
• Coordinates and manages source file receipt with clients, vendors, and/or internal stakeholders. Verifies input/output counts, monitors data processing jobs and audits/verifies the results based on historical trends
• Setup and build processing flows, including adhoc, new build and more complex flows.
• Accurately validates source and output data, data formatting specifications, and output requirements according to specifications and service level agreements ensuring zero defects.
• Delivers accurate output information to clients and / or their vendors through the appropriate data processing platforms and utilizing transfer mechanisms.
• Ensures compliance with quality assurance processes, established procedures, project requirements and service level agreements/expectations.
• Researches, troubleshoots and takes action regarding data or processing issues according to product, client and / or third-party vendor specifications.  This includes advising the team and clients on necessary solution changes or fixes to implement as well as the actual work to implement/fix.
• Professionally communicates internally and externally with clients and stakeholders as determined by the nature of the discussion.  Leads client meetings as it pertains to solution, research, issues, change management and trouble shooting.  Point of contact to clients for solution components as well.
• Facilitates change management - includes participating in the scoping, estimating and implementing the change to the solution.  Also mentoring less experienced Delivery Analysts in the Change Management process.

MENTOR:  Consistently provides proven, formal mentorship.  High complexity assignments – owner. Moderate complexity assignments - owner (1 or >). Low complexity assignments - provide oversight/review.  Regularly leads self and others and/or established as SME and/or established as specialist. Understands how whole picture aligns to overall Acxiom strategy.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Detailed knowledge of Delivery Analysis.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD  with 1 years  experience; or equivalent work experience
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or minimum 2 years relevant industry experience in the area of Information Technology
