About the Role
As an Entry-Level Sales Engineer in ADI Korea’s Automotive Sales Team, you will contribute to business performance by supporting key customer engagement and sales activities. You will help understand customer needs and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the right solutions are delivered in a timely manner. In the early stage of the role, you will build practical knowledge of sales processes and the semiconductor business, while gradually expanding your scope in customer support and project coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer requests, project status, and market issues, and communicate them accurately within the team
• Support sales activities including customer meetings, proposal materials, and follow-up communication
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, operations, and other relevant teams to support smooth customer engagement
• Organize sales, schedule, and risk-related information for assigned customers and projects, and prepare related reports
• Learn about trends in the automotive and semiconductor industries to support identification of new business opportunities
• Perform operational and follow-up tasks required to support execution of the team’s sales strategy

• Basic Business Writing Skills: Ability to prepare accurate reports, emails, and meeting notes

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or expected graduation in a relevant program
• Military service completed or exempt, where applicable
• No restrictions on overseas travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in semiconductors, automotive electronics, B2B sales, or other technology-driven industries
• English communication skills
• Experience using data organization or analysis tools
