## Role Purpose
Works on providing the organization with the market understanding and supporting management decisions leading to market revenue leadership. This would be achieved through providing research insights & intelligence leading to world class customer understanding & analysis as well as recommending the necessary course of actions based on in-depth analysis for market.
## Job Profile
\- Being a market sensor enhancing the interpretation of market forces & consequences with financials of the company.
\- Driving the strategy and decision making process through delivering powerful and actionable data-driven marketing insights.
\- Act as the consumer champion through building and enhance the platform for customer experience touchpoints monitoring both inside and outside of the commercial team (technology, customer care, retail, distribution)
\- Providing commercial segment regularly with their performance measurement based on research trackers and adhoc projects.
## Comptencies and Qualifications
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
\- Very good analytical skills.
\- Very good Presentation skills
\- Attention to detail.
\- Creative
\- Self-motivated.
\- Ability to maintain focus and drive over prolonged development periods.
\- Ambition.
\- Excellent command of English
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
\- From 3-7 years of Research experience.
\- Research agency background is a plus.
\- Very strong statistical Analysis background.
\- Structured approach to gathering and representing data
\- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
