Description
We are hiring our first Sales Manager to run our loan officer Performance System every day. You will lead a team of producing loan officers at every level, from people in their first year to seasoned top producers. You hold the standard, coach each person differently, and help them structure deals when they get stuck.
You will not carry your own pipeline. Your production is the team's production.
How we hire: short application questions, a phone screen, a values interview, and a working session where you coach a mock pod and use our AI tools on a sample scenario. We check references, including loan officers you have led.
