The Software Support Engineer (Post Sales) provides technical support, implementation assistance, system troubleshooting, and user training for deployed software solutions. This role acts as the subject matter expert for software-related enquiries, ensuring successful customer adoption, system performance, and ongoing operational support while collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

·                  Installation of system in customer site

·                  Provide field training for customer on system operations

·                  Working closely with customers, sales and sales support team to solve issues.

·                  Proposed creative ways to configuration our product software to meet customer’s needs

·                  Be the Subject Matter Expert for all software enquiries and support queries from other departments

·                  Plan and train relevant parties on software related matters

·                  Manage to perform comprehensive testing to validate software performance and stability before installation

·                  Manage to perform system (hardware and software) integration certification test on our partners’ application before actual deployment

·                  Lead to analyse and troubleshoot field problems that are related to software

·                  Lead to create / update documents such as software configuration, test data, user guides and etc

 

·        At least 3 years of relevant experience 

·        Diploma or Degree in computing or related IT certification

·        Networking skills and understanding

·        Java

•        Serial Communication (MUST)

•        DLL handling

•        VB and VBA (Optional)

•        Excel macro (Optional)
