# About role
SLB has an opening in Pune, India for an Associate Business process Analyst, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining information assets that define the SLB’s Operating Model. These include Process Models, Standard Work, Risk Models, Organizational Models and relevant Enterprise Master Data.
## Key responsibilities
### People
- Create a culture of integrity and compliance.
- Develop, maintain, and improve personal professional competencies, specialized knowledge, and skills in technical communications and relevant technical domains.
- Peer Engagement: Engage with Operations Systems Process Leads to build competency towards understanding SLB’s Process Architecture and support them as required during customer engagements.
### Technology / Business
- Content Development, Governance
- * Translate Business Requirements into the necessary updates to the Operating Model utilizing knowledge of the methodologies, architectures, and framework.
- Request for and participate in peer review of proposals developed by peers.
- Participate in and provide feedback to Governance Committees.
- Perform and communicate the impact of proposed changes to all parts of the Operating Model (Organization and Process) by performing appropriate Impact Analysis.
- Content Implementation and Deployment
- Maintain Process Asset Reference Library, including but not limited to, High Level Process Perspectives, End to Ends, Architectural Activity Building Blocks, Context specific Process implementations.
- Maintain Risk Asset Reference Library, including Corporate / Common Risk Models, Context specific Risk Models.
- Maintain the Organization Assets, including Business Roles, Global or Contextual Mapping of Roles to HR defined Jobs (i.e. Digital Job Descriptions).
- Review and report opportunities to improve content and, where required, stop the work if requests compromise the quality or integrity of the assets being maintained.
- Conform to defined standardized operating model for content management, contribute to continuous improvement and report non-compliances in the interest of improving the state of the art of the practice within SLB.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders associated with OS Governance
## Qualifications and Requirements
### Essential qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering
- 0-3 Yrs. Experience in managing process repositories and maintaining business process analysis and management platforms
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
### Key competencies
- (1st pref any of the below)
- Business Process modelling and analysis tools like Pega, ARIS or ProVision etc.
- Understanding of major architecture standards and frameworks, including TOGAF, DODAF, Zachman, BizBok etc.
- Understanding of modelling languages like UML, SysML, Archimate, or BPMN etc.
- Master Data and Database Management
- Risk Analysis Tools and Techniques
- Microsoft Excel
- (2nd pref)
- Business Analysis (Business Process, or Risk Management)
- Quality and Process Improvement Initiatives
- Content Management Lifecycle and Content Management Systems, preferably, but not limited to, XML Authoring Tools

- Technical Writing
