Key Purpose of the Job
The Senior Analyst provides critical support to the Global Supply Planning (GSP) Governance & Process Improvement team by conducting analysis, monitoring performance, supporting governance processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across GSP.
The role is responsible for helping establish visibility into planning and governance performance through reporting, analytics, and business insights, while supporting initiatives that improve planning processes, operating effectiveness, and cross-functional ways of working.
This position requires close collaboration with Global Supply Planning, Regional Planning, Production Planning, Product Supply, Sourcing Operations, Digital Technology teams, and other business partners to identify opportunities, support implementation of improvements, and promote adoption of effective governance practices.
The Senior Analyst should be passionate about using data and structured problem-solving to improve business processes, enhance decision making, and support the ongoing evolution of GSP capabilities.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Analytics, Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Conduct analyses and maintain reporting that provide visibility into planning, governance, and operational performance.
Monitor key metrics, identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Support development and enhancement of dashboards, reporting tools, and performance measurement frameworks.
Help ensure data quality, reporting consistency, and alignment of key business metrics.
Governance & Process Improvement
Support the execution of governance processes, operating mechanisms, and continuous improvement initiatives across GSP.
Identify process improvement opportunities and develop recommendations to improve operational effectiveness, consistency, and efficiency.
Support the documentation, standardization, and maintenance of planning processes, governance practices, and operating procedures.
Contribute to the implementation of new capabilities, tools, and ways of working as business requirements evolve.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across planning, product supply, sourcing operations, technology, and related functions.
Gather business requirements, facilitate discussions, and support alignment on process improvements and governance initiatives.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates clearly to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Analytical Problem Solving
Investigate operational and process-related issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
Use data and structured analysis to support business decisions and continuous improvement efforts.
Support assessments, business cases, and recommendations related to process, governance, and operational improvements.
Communication & Capability Support
Prepare presentation materials, summaries, and reports for leadership reviews and governance forums.
Provide guidance and support to business users on reporting, processes, and analytical tools.
Contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and adoption of improved ways of working.

Minimum Relevant Experience: 3-6 years
Required Professional Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, planning, operations, business intelligence, analytics, PMO, process improvement, transformation or related functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, or business transformation activities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Required Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with analytics, reporting, dashboarding, or business intelligence tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to structure and analyze problems and recommend practical solutions.
Experience with Power BI, KNIME, process mapping, or related tools is an advantage.
