Description
Your mission
Your Role
As Technical Project Manager, you will be a key member of our product and compliance-driven teams, working at the intersection of technology, privacy, and medical software. You’ll lead technical projects, drive feature implementation, and collaborate with developers and regulatory experts to ensure our solutions meet the highest quality and compliance standards.
You don’t need to be a regulatory expert, you’ll work closely with our specialists, but you must be technically strong and confident in translating complex requirements into developer-ready tickets.
Responsibilities
- Drive and manage technical projects across product, business, and compliance domains, especially cybersecurity projects inside the product (e.g. considering OWASP Top 10) as well on the organization level (e.g. installing and configuring tools to protect computers and infrastructure)
- Define and document technical requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tickets for developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, compliance, and QA
- Support implementation of standards like GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, working together with our regulatory staff
- Coordinate product features from planning to release, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Conduct internal technical audits and improve internal tech workflows and documentation
- Stay up-to-date with trends in software development, cybersecurity, and relevant regulatory tech standards
Your profile
You could be a perfect fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in a digital technical field (e.g., backend/frontend/mobile development or software project management)
- Have 1+ years of experience in a role that worked under extensive regulation, including compliance to extensive documented processes, e.g. under an Information Security Management System
- Have strong project management skills and enjoy owning complex initiatives
- Know how to write detailed developer tickets in tools like Jira
- Collaborate well with developers, understand technical challenges, and communicate clearly
- Are fluent in English (C1+)
- Are self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented
Bonus points for:
- Experience working on consumer-facing digital products (e.g., health, education, e-commerce, or games), especially mobile apps
- Knowledge of regulatory standards like GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 13485
- Fluent in German
