Responsibilities
- Client-facing role and must be confident in managing clients and their social media presence
- Creation, maintenance & oversight of all social media platforms for a variety of clients in different industries
- Creating monthly social media campaigns
- Creation of social media content for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Manage writers and designers
- Build social media profiles
- Run social media advertisements (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter)
- Create monthly reports on all running campaigns, including Facebook ads, Twitter ads, AdWords Express, and social media insights
- Conduct client competitive research and analysis
- Develop marketing materials (Infographics, Promotions, ads, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional social media account management experience
- Portfolio Required: Must submit a portfolio or links to past work demonstrating successful social media campaigns, content creation (images and video, if any), and community growth.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in an agency setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic SEO knowledge preferred
- Copywriting/creative writing experience preferred
- Analytics certification preferred
- BS degree in PR, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Familiarity with social media ads
- Knowledge of digital PR best practices
