Affirmed Home Care is hiring New York State Certified HHAs for one-on-one home care opportunities in Manhasset and throughout Nassau County.

Male HHAs are strongly encouraged to apply.
Drivers are strongly encouraged to apply.
Non-drivers are also welcome to apply.

Current Manhasset Schedule

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM–10:00 PM

HHA Responsibilities

• Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship
• Observe and report changes in client condition

Requirements

CURRENT NEW YORK STATE HHA CERTIFICATE REQUIRED

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Current physical and PPD/QuantiFERON documentation
• MMR documentation
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable and professional
• Compassionate approach to client care
