Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves ensuring the overall quality of solutions by carefully executing tests aligned with defined requirements and user stories. This role includes designing detailed test cases, meticulously identifying and documenting any discrepancies or defects, and working closely with various delivery teams. The goal is to support the release of reliable and user-ready products by maintaining clear communication and collaboration throughout the development lifecycle. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential to uphold high standards of quality in every release.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their testing skills and understanding of quality assurance practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and best practices.
- Experience in designing comprehensive test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively using issue tracking tools.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including developers and product owners.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and release management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
