Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the movement and inventory of Coastal Cocktails and related raw materials across multiple warehouse locations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating efficient product transfers, and overseeing shipping and delivery schedules, all while ensuring inventory levels align with production and sales forecasts.
Responsibilities
Level One
• Supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of Coastal Cocktails across designated warehouses.• Coordinate and execute product transfers between facilities, ensuring proper documentation and handling.• Load/Unload all incoming and outgoing trucks.• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records using multiple software’s.• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.• Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO/LIFO) and storage to maintain quality and compliance.• Verify all Quality Control requirements are met during transfers.• Lead and support production staff during loading, unloading, and staging operations.• Work closely with production and sales teams to forecast needs and ensure timely fulfillment.• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.• Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency.• Utilize daily checklists to ensure all production counts have been performed and entered to ensure accuracy of consumed materials and production of finished goods. • Assist packaging team as needed.
Operate a forklift to safely load, unload and move material in the work area per manufacturer's instructions.
Qualifications
Type QualificationExperience Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics, preferably in the beverage or food industry.Experience Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices.Skill Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Skill Excellent communication and team leadership skills.Experience Experience with food or beverage handling, compliance, or cold chain management.Experience Experience loading trucks/trailers.
