Description
Human Resources Specialist
Seeking a self-driven professional who can independently drive tasks forward while building strong partnerships and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Administerate new employee on-boarding and orientation, and provide HR policy and procedure guidance to employees.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor law and compliance requirements.
- Respond to human resources-related inquiries from employees
- Payroll and time and attendance management on time.
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding any HR related matters
- Develop and maintain talent management processes.
- Support effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify future staffing needs and analyze organizational and cost impact
- Maintain employee personnel records. (workday, payroll system, time and attendance system)
- Provide support for local and global HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, and company events
- Coordinate the union meeting and build productive relationship with them
Qualifications/Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
- Understanding of working rules, and local regulations
- Understanding of personnel and compliance records management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal savvy to work with people in different function, position, culture and background.
- English communication skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferrable
- Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)
- Self-motivated person who can work independently and drive tasks forward, but strong team player.
