We are searching for the best talent for Staff Supply Chain and Inventory Analyst to be in Juarez City.

You will be responsible for:

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support customer demand and business targets.
• Analyze inventory data to identify excess, obsolete, or slow-moving items, and recommend corrective actions.
• Responsible for developing inventory-related business plans during the different financial cycles.
• Inventory reporting.
• Perform manual  BOM (bill of materials) explosions to translate finished goods demand into detailed component requirements.
• Calculate gross component requirements based on production plans, forecasts, and BOM structures.
• Determine net component requirements by considering available inventory, safety stock targets, etc.
• Generate and maintain component requirement reports.
• Maintain documentation of assumptions, calculations, and methodologies used in manual material planning activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual BOM explosion and requirement planning processes, reducing reliance on spreadsheets
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by providing forecasts, accurate inventory data and insights.
• Support new product launches, life-cycle management, and end-of-life inventory planning.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or planning or related
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge about analytics tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau preferred).
• Extensive experience in data management and analytics with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of BOM structures (multi-level  BOMs)
• Strong understanding of inventory management and supply planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• APICS/CSCP/CPIM certification preferred
