Location : San Diego, CA
Duration : 12 Months Contract
Total Hours/week : 40.00
pay rate: $20-25/hr
Description:
- Responsible for identifying and procuring goods and services that the organization requires to keep the production lines running. Ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Working with stakeholders and peers (Sourcing, Quality, Material Coordinators, Planning, Transportation, Engineers, Finance) to ensure requests are fulfilled.
- Maintain supplier relationships and improve supplier performance (service, on-time delivery, quality, reconciliation of invoices, POs and documentation).
Skills Required:
- Ability to work with all types of personalities
- Understanding of the Supply Chain
- Experience working with and communicating effectively with Suppliers and Stakeholders
- Have a sense of urgency and take initiative
- Analytical
- Excellent communication skills (presentation, interpersonal, written)
- SAP experience
