Job Description
The UOB Management Associate Programme (MAP) is a 24-month accelerated development programme designed for high-potential early career talent aspiring to take on leadership and regional roles within the Bank.
Through a structured combination of on-the-job learning, mentorship, and developmental opportunities, you will gain exposure to different areas of the business while building the core competencies, leadership capabilities, and technical expertise required to thrive in a dynamic banking environment.
Over the course of the programme, you can expect rotations within your home function as well as relevant cross-functional exposures, allowing you to develop a holistic understanding of the banking industry and build a strong foundation for your career at UOB.

Mid Aug – Mid Sep: Submit your application. You will need to upload your resume and a separate one-page Expression of Interest sharing your reasons and motivation for applying to the UOB Management Associate Programme.
Mid Aug – end Sep: Online Assessment (conducted on a rolling basis)
End Sep - early Oct: Invitation to UOB Networking Session
In Oct: UOB Interview Day. Successful candidates will receive a Provisional Offer Letter at the end of the week.
In Nov: Coffee Chat with Group Function Heads
End Nov: Receive UOB Offer Letter
