The HR Coordinator serves as a first line support resource, executing core HR processes, maintaining system-of-record data, and ensuring timely, compliant handling of employee requests from onboarding through offboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Execute end-to-end onboarding activities, including pre-employment requirements and new hire processing for large hiring classes
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN registration, background checks, and medical clearances
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and documentation, including fixed-term tracking and regularization monitoring
- Support offboarding activities including clearance processing, termination documentation, and final pay coordination in partnership with Payroll
Employee Helpdesk & Transactional Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries via helpdesk or ticketing channels
- Respond to and resolve high-frequency requests including:
- Pay discrepancies and night differential questions
- Benefits enrollment and issue resolution
- Certificate of Employment (COE) requests
- Allowances, salary adjustments, and referral bonus administration
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to HR Services Senior Manager, Payroll, or HRBP as appropriate
Data Management & Compliance
- Execute employee data changes and transactions accurately within Workday and other systems of record
- Ensure HR documentation meets local labor law and regulatory requirements
- Maintain audit-ready records for compliance-related requests and employee files
- Support regularization tracking and documentation for required decision points
Operational Support in a High-Volume Environment
- Support daily HR operational needs in a high-attrition, rapid-hiring call center environment
- Assist with batch processing for new hire classes and time-sensitive employee requests
- Partner closely with Payroll, Benefits, and Employee Relations teams to ensure seamless employee experience
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Administration
- Experience supporting high-volume employee populations (call center or similar environment strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of Philippine statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN)
- Experience using HRIS systems (Workday experience strongly preferred)
