Description
They are seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Manager to lead HR operations, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead and enhance core HR operations in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. Reporting to senior management, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR service delivery, strengthening employee relations, driving process improvements, and supporting the organization's continued growth.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR leader with strong expertise in HR operations, payroll, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations, combined with a passion for building efficient HR processes and delivering exceptional employee support.
- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee administration, and HR service delivery.
- Oversee payroll processing, BPJS administration, PPh21 compliance, and employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, annual salary reviews, and market benchmarking initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and industrial relations activities.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and internal HR governance standards.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), employment documentation, and employee records.
- Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure seamless HR operations and compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency, employee experience, and operational effectiveness.
- Support HR reporting, workforce data analysis, and HR initiatives that contribute to organizational performance.
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HR Services, or HR Shared Services.
- Strong hands-on experience in payroll administration, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS administration, PPh21 regulations, and employment compliance.
- Experience within the Food & Beverage industry, FMCG, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, or other labor-intensive businesses will be highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and digital HR processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities with strong attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.
