You will provide professional customer service and clear communication to residents, guests, and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the residential community, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor and/or vendor logs in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document and report activity as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with residents, property management, and emergency responders while following Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
