Job Summary:
Supports and enhances project quality efforts by managing quality assurance and control processes with increased independence and technical expertise. Applies DPR’s quality frameworks to ensure adherence to standards throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to address quality issues, improve performance, and strengthen the culture of quality within project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Executes project quality plans and ensures compliance with DPR standards and client requirements. Aligns on roles and responsibilities with project team members to support quality implementation plan execution.
Leads quality inspections and audits, tracks results, and supports resolution of nonconformance items, including investigating quality non-conformance items at the project level.
Collaborates with project and field teams to integrate quality requirements into project schedules, deliverables, and subcontractor coordination.
Evaluates data to identify recurring issues, recommend corrective actions, and documents and shares lessons learned.
Provides training and guidance to project team members and trade partners on quality requirements and best practices.
Contributes to development of process improvements and supports roll-out of updated quality processes and information at the project level.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
5–7 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or project management required.
Certifications and Licenses:
American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Construction Quality Manager (CCQM) certification preferred.
American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification preferred.
Six Sigma certification preferred.
