Lush Café is looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced café environment.

Position Details

• Pay: $10-$12 per hour
• Schedule: 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older
• Location: 9421 Highway 6 S, Houston, TX 77083
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Answer customer questions and provide information about menu items
• Check on customers throughout their visit to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
• Process customer payments accurately
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining the dining area
• Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and cleanliness procedures
• Work effectively with the team during busy periods

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• Previous restaurant, serving, café, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable working evening and late-night hours
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Team-oriented and willing to assist coworkers when needed
