Your role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Business Operations Specialist, you will act as a trusted operational partner, enhancing organizational effectiveness, business transparency, and operational excellence while enabling Software Transformation leaders to focus on strategic priorities and organizational success. Drive fin ancial budget governance and reporting , coordinating planning, forecasting, and consolidation activities in partnership with business leaders and Finance Controlling to ensure transparency, reporting accuracy, and informed decision-making Support business planning and execution by maintaining objectives, tracking commitments and milestones, monitoring risks, and ensuring visibility of priorities and key activities Coordinate  business reviews, leadership meetings, workshops, and team events , ensuring effective preparation, facilitation, documentation, action tracking, and continuous improvement of meeting effectiveness Develop management insights and decision support , reviewing business performance information, identifying trends and risks, and preparing executive summaries, and recommendations Lead the preparation of executive presentations and management materials , consolidating inputs, developing clear storylines, and ensuring high-quality outputs  Facilitate cross-functional coordination and stakeholder alignment , connecting information across teams, tracking dependencies, and helping remove execution bottlenecks Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  We are looking for a trusted operational partner who thrives in a dynamic business environment and enjoys bringing structure, transparency, and discipline to complex business topics. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a hands-on mindset and a passion for driving business performance and operational excellence. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering , or a related field, combined with relevant experience in a business-facing role  At least 5 years of professional experience in Business Operations, Business Management, PMO, Financial Planning, Consulting, or a similar role supporting leadership teams Strong expertise in budget planning, forecasting, budget management, reporting and business performance analysis Proven experience in business planning, operational execution, stakeholder coordination and driving follow-through on key priorities and commitments Strong capabilities in data analysis, business reporting, presentation development , and executive decision support  with the ability to translate information into actionable insights Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills , combined with a high level of ownership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset Fluent English communication skills  (mandatory), with German language skills considered an advantage Please send us your CV in English.  #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
