You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and interested in learning new digital tools. Experience with Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Power BI, Dynamics 365, or AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude is an advantage, but not a requirement.
What you will gain
You will gain hands-on experience with change management, communication, employee engagement, training, stakeholder coordination, project management, and digital transformation. You will have meaningful responsibilities while receiving guidance and support from experienced colleagues, giving you a strong foundation for a future career within change management, communication, project management, HR, or business transformation.
