Description
Our client in the St. Louis area is adding a Project Engineer Lead to be the point of contact and technical lead for fabrication and construction projects. As a Project Engineer Lead you will utilize your 5+ years of engineering and project execution for technical industrial construction installs. You will initiate and manage the project stages from beginning to end while actively handling and redirecting as needed to the appropriate source any technical questions and changes that would affect the project.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
- SQL and VBA database experience or familiarity is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in engineering or project execution
- ASME, STM and AISC understanding
- Experience with selecting suppliers and ability to read supplier and technical drawings accurately
- Working with design team and relaying design information to suppliers and customer
- Experience interpreting data, analyzing results, communicating to all stakeholders accurate and timely information
