We are seeking a talented individual to join our Canada Workforce & Rewards team, part of our people and investments business at Marsh.
This role will be based in Calgary, Toronto, or Vancouver. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Executive Rewards, Senior Consultant will lead the design and delivery of executive compensation programs. This role is part of a team that advises clients on compensation strategy, incentive design, and total rewards programs that support attraction, retention, and business objectives. You will also lead project teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Lead the design and delivery of executive compensation programs for clients.
Structure, direct, review, and interpret compensation analyses, and prepare clear client-facing deliverables and presentations.

Design short-term incentive programs and financial performance measurement and target-setting systems aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
Advise senior management on remuneration and related human capital issues while building and expanding client relationships.
Delegate work and provide guidance to team members to support development opportunities and effective project execution.
What you need to have:
Significant experience in executive compensation consulting.
Strong technical skills in compensation analysis, incentive plan design, and total rewards strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.

Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP) and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate effectively across multiple Marsh office teams.
