Dutch and English-speaking Customer Service – Travel Industry
- Relocation package: 300€ gross as a flight ticket reimbursement & 3 weeks of free accommodation

About the Role
Are you fluent in Dutch and English and interested in building an international career in the travel and customer service industry?
Join a dynamic team in Greece and help customers and accommodation partners with their travel-related questions and requests. You’ll receive full training and develop valuable customer service, communication, and travel industry skills while working in an international environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer incoming communications from customers and accommodation partners via phone, chat, and email
- Research information and provide accurate solutions to customer queries
- Act as a first point of contact for accommodation partners, assisting with questions related to:
- Room modifications
- Rates and availability
- Reservations
- Online/extranet tools
- General account and booking-related queries
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using the appropriate tools and processes
- Ensure a high level of service and create a positive customer and partner experience
- Follow established procedures and continuously develop your product and service knowledge
What You Bring
* Fluent Dutch C1 and English B2+
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused and supportive attitude
* Comfortable using computers and different digital tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
* For remote work: reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home working environment
* Already living in Greece or willing to relocate to Greece and obtain the necessary work authorization
