Description
We are an international customer experience company growing our Dutch-speaking team. We are looking for motivated customer service advisors.
Your tasks
- Help customers by phone, email and chat
- Resolve questions, complaints and service requests, and handle the administrative follow-up
- Schedule appointments and follow up on interventions
- Record customer contacts accurately
- Work with your team leader and colleagues to keep service quality high
Your profile
- Dutch at B2 level or higher, spoken and written (C1 or native is a plus)
- Good English; French is a plus
- Customer-focused, empathetic and solution-oriented
- Accurate, able to multitask and comfortable with computers
- Flexible availability
- Customer service experience is a plus, not a requirement
