If you've worked in a role where you led pricing, finance, consulting, commercial, or analytics projects and used data to drive measurable business results, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to combine commercial judgement with rigorous analytical thinking and turn complex information into clear recommendations that influence decisions.
Life on the team

What success looks like
You'll become a trusted advisor on pricing strategy, helping stakeholders navigate complex decisions while balancing consumer value, growth, and profitability. Over the coming months, you'll support the continued evolution of global pricing strategy, enhanced pricing tools and capabilities, and greater use of data and analytics platforms. You'll work closely with Product Development, Finance, Sales, Marketing, regional leadership teams, pricing colleagues, and senior leaders across the LEGO Group to help strengthen pricing as a key driver of commercial growth.
