We will count on you to:
- Assist with the development, testing, and implementation of data audits for the cleaning and processing of executive and long-term incentive survey data
- Assist with peer review of executive survey data and long-term incentive valuations
- Conduct research on a regular basis of organizations and their associated structure that will be used in the maintenance of tools for consistent organization data cleaning across surveys
- Conduct research on executive compensation within specific organizations on an as needed basis
- Handle client and consultant interactions regarding executive and long-term incentive data upon request
- Assist with the production of products that pertain to executive and long-term incentive data
- Provide analytical support for consulting projects with regard to ExecRem/LTI data
What you need to have:
- Degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, business is preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Time management and project management skills
What makes you stand out:
- Basic knowledge of financial mathematics and option pricing models (i.e. Black - Scholes)
- Basic knowledge of executive compensation and/or long-term incentive data
- Database management software skills
