What will you do?

In Asset Management & Operations Advisory we are driven to achieve clients’ objectives through optimising their asset base throughout its life cycle, and partnering for the sustainability of their business, the community and the environment.

You will have exposure to a variety of private and public clients and understand their asset management challenges, and you have willingness to learn and grow with the potential to move into business development and client engagement.  Opportunity to work across all types of projects and industries including Transport, Infrastructure and Buildings, Defence, Energy, Resources and Utilities. Here are the key things you will do:

• Develop and foster client relationships through delivering asset management projects to expected quality. 
• Translate analysis outputs into real world decisions for a range of stakeholders
• Understand client problems and working with them to identify solutions in one or more of the following areas:
  • Develop and assess asset management strategies and planning
  • Capital and operations performance improvements
  • Building effective asset management systems
  • Reliability services
  • Operational readiness
  • Asset integrity management systems and condition assessments
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, explore and build strong internal and external stakeholder networks

What can you bring to the team?

You will share our genuine passion for solving complex asset related problems and be someone who actively pursues reshaping the future of Asset Management. You will demonstrate:

• An understanding of Asset Management principles and/ or background in an engineering discipline
• Previous experience within the asset management discipline in energy, water, transport, buildings or resources
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Client management and engagement
• Strong communication skill across all levels of the business
• A willingness to learn and grow your skills
• Professional qualifications in Engineering is highly desirable for this role, but not mandatory.
