Dans le cadre de la croissance de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Project Contract Manager (Junior) talentueux(se) pour contribuer à la gestion et à la coordination des activités commerciales liées à des projets de construction et/ou de modernisation de centrales électriques de grande envergure et complexes, tout au long des phases d’ingénierie, d’approvisionnement et de construction.
Notre activité New Build fournit des technologies pour les centrales nucléaires depuis plus de six décennies, notamment les îlots turbines les plus fiables et les plus puissants actuellement en exploitation.
Nos équipements sont conçus pour couvrir l’ensemble des types et tailles de réacteurs, depuis les très grands réacteurs jusqu’aux Small Modular Reactors (SMR). Notre vaste portefeuille de solutions d’îlots turbines nucléaires comprend des turbines, des pompes, des générateurs, des échangeurs thermiques, des systèmes de contrôle-commande et bien plus encore. En tant qu’experts de l’intégration des îlots turbines, nous fournissons aussi bien des composants individuels que des îlots turbines clés en main complets. Nos solutions conviennent à tous les types de réacteurs commerciaux, y compris les SMR, avec des puissances unitaires allant de 50 MWe à 1 900 MWe.
Principales missions et responsabilités
· Comprendre, analyser, interpréter et synthétiser les dispositions commerciales du contrat afin de contribuer à la stratégie commerciale et à la gestion du projet.
· Mettre en œuvre la stratégie contractuelle et commerciale du projet pendant la phase d’exécution afin d’atteindre les objectifs définis par le Chef de Projet ou le Directeur de Projet.
· Préparer et rédiger tout document contractuel en coordination avec le Lead Contract Manager et les membres de l’équipe projet (notamment les équipes planning, finance et ingénierie) ainsi que, si nécessaire, le département juridique.
· Rédiger la correspondance contractuelle destinée aux clients, partenaires, fournisseurs et assureurs, dans le respect des obligations contractuelles et en coordination avec le Chef de Projet et le Lead Contract Manager.
· Préparer les notifications contractuelles conformément aux dispositions du contrat.
· Veiller au respect de la législation applicable en collaboration avec le département juridique.
· Gérer les risques et opportunités commerciales tout au long du projet.
· Atteindre, voire améliorer, la marge financière du projet en garantissant le respect des obligations contractuelles et en négociant les avenants ou modifications contractuelles.
· Développer et entretenir des relations de travail avec le client, les partenaires, ainsi que les principaux sous-traitants et fournisseurs afin d’assurer la bonne exécution du projet et de prévenir ou résoudre les réclamations (claims).
· Participer, en coopération avec le Chef de Projet et le Lead Contract Manager, aux négociations des modifications contractuelles avec les clients, partenaires, sous-traitants et assureurs.
· Participer, en coopération avec le service Achats, aux négociations avec nos fournisseurs,
· Assister le Lead Contract Manager dans la préparation des revues de projet destinées à la direction de l’entreprise.
· Contribuer au retour d’expérience en fin de projet ainsi qu’au partage des meilleures pratiques en gestion contractuelle, notamment en matière de gestion des réclamations.
· Assurer l’archivage approprié de la documentation contractuelle non numérisée.
Qualifications et compétences
· Diplôme de niveau Master (ou équivalent) en administration des affaires, ingénierie, droit ou dans un domaine connexe.
· Au moins 5 ans d’expérience réussie en gestion de contrats, gestion de projet et/ou gestion de chantier, incluant la gestion des réclamations (claims).
· Bonne compréhension des conditions commerciales et des différents types de contrats.
· Solides connaissances en gestion des risques et opportunités ainsi qu’en planification et contrôle des coûts.
· Excellentes capacités de communication, de rédaction et de présentation.
· Première expérience avérée dans la négociation de sujets complexes.
· Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
· Maîtrise avancée des outils bureautiques standards.
· Excellentes capacités d’organisation, sens de la méthode et souci du détail.
· Capacité d’adaptation au changement, à l’incertitude et à la complexité.
· Autonomie dans le travail.
· Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
· La maîtrise d’autres langues est un atout.

As part of the growth of our business, we are seeking talented Project Contract Manager (Junior) to contribute in management and coordination of commercial activities related to large-scale and complex power plant installation and/or modernization projects throughout all phases of engineering, procurement, and construction.
Our New Build business has been delivering nuclear power plant technology for more than six decades, including the most reliable and powerful turbine islands currently in operation.
Our equipment is designed for the full range of reactor types and sizes, from very large reactors to Small Modular Reactors (SMRs). Our broad portfolio of nuclear turbine island solutions includes turbines, pumps, generators, heat exchangers, controls, and much more. As experts in turbine island integration, we deliver everything from individual components to complete turnkey turbine islands. Our solutions are suitable for all types of commercial reactors, including SMRs, with unit outputs ranging from 50 MWe to 1,900 MWe.
Key Role and Responsibilities
· Understand, Analyze, interpret, and summarize the commercial section of the contract, in order to contribute to the project’s commercial strategy and management
· Implement the contractual and commercial startegy of the project during the execution phase to achieve the objectives defined by the Project Manager/Director.
· Prepare and draft any contractual documents in coordination with Lead Contract Manager and project team members (particularly planning, finance, and engineering) and, if necessary, the Legal Department.
· Draft contractual correspondence to clients, partners, suppliers and insurers, in compliance with contractual obligations and in coordination with the Project Manager and the Lead Contract Manager.
· Prepare notifications following the terms of the Contract,
· Ensure compliance with applicable legislation in cooperation with the Legal Department.
· Manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project.
· Achieve, or even improve, the project’s financial margin by securing contractual compliance and negotiating amendments.
· Develop and maintain business relationships with the client, partners, and key subcontractors and suppliers to ensure proper project execution and prevent or resolve claims.
· Participate, in cooperation with the Project Manager and Lead Contract Manager, in negotiations contract amendments, with clients, partners, subcontractors, and insurers.
· Participate, in cooperation with the procyrement team to the supply agreement negotiations.
· Support Lead Contract Manager in preparing the project reviews with company management.
· Contribute to end-of-project feedback and best practices in contract management, particularly regarding claims.
· Ensure proper archiving of non-digitized contractual documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
· Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
· At least 5 years of successful experience in contract management, project management, and/or construction site management, including claims management.
· Strong understanding of commercial terms and various types of contracts.
· Solid knowledge of risk and opportunity management, as well as planning and cost control principles.
· Excellent communication, drafting, and presentation skills.
· Proven first experiences in negotiating complex issues.
· Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
· Advanced proficiency in standard office software tools.
· Strong organizational skills, methodological approach, and attention to detail.
· Ability to adapt to change, uncertainty, and complexity.
· Ability to work independently.
· Language skills: excellent written and spoken English and French.
