Coordinates sales processes through order coordination, customer inquiry handling, and administrative follow-through to improve operational continuity and service responsiveness. Maintains sales, customer, and CRM data to improve record accuracy, reporting quality, and business visibility. Prepares recurring sales reports, dashboards, and analysis inputs to support performance tracking and informed decision-making. Analyzes sales results, customer activity, and market information to identify trends, highlight issues, and surface growth opportunities. Coordinates sales materials, presentations, and documentation to support account activity, internal reviews, and customer engagement. Assists with process improvement efforts by identifying reporting gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and data quality issues that affect sales execution. Collaborates with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to support timely follow-up, consistent information flow, and coordinated commercial activities.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, communications, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Less than 2 years of experience in administrative support, sales support, operations coordination, reporting support, or a related field preferred. Certification in a CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent preferred.
