Responsible for executing and coordinating the receiving, storage, preparation, and dispatch of materials, parts, and equipment, ensuring physical and documentary traceability of every movement. The position requires prioritizing needs, resolving operational situations independently within established procedures, and coordinating with relevant departments to meet delivery commitments safely, completely, and on time.
Responsabilidades Esenciales
• Plan and prioritize daily warehouse and shipping operations according to requirements, urgency, and deadlines, making decisions within your area of responsibility and promptly escalating any exceptions that may affect the customer or the business.
• Manage all domestic shipments of parts, kits, assemblies, and pumps, from interpreting documentation and preparing orders to delivery to the carrier or final destination, verifying identity, quantity, condition, traceability, and compliance with customer requirements.
• Ensure that the packaging, conditioning, identification, and protection of products are carried out in accordance with ITT standards and the nature of each material, including kits and cardan joint assemblies, maintaining sufficient photographic evidence before, during, and after packaging.
• Issue and control documentation associated with movements and shipments, including delivery notes, labels, traceability records, and supporting documentation; archive final documentation and consolidated delivery notes in Teams to enable invoicing and ensure information availability. • Manage each client's specific delivery requirements, including scheduling at logistics platforms, loading at gateways, and requests for labels or specific documentation, verifying compliance before releasing the shipment.
• Coordinate the necessary transportation and handling resources—motorcycles, trucks, forklifts, or others—selecting them according to the type of cargo, destination, and urgency, and track them until pickup or delivery is confirmed.
• Prepare international trade shipments by determining net and gross weight, dimensions, and packaging type; complete the packing list; and coordinate documentation, invoicing, and merchandise pickup with Purchasing, Logistics, and designated operators.
• Manage the receipt of merchandise from suppliers, verifying delivery notes against purchase orders, inspecting quantities and conditions, correctly identifying critical components—including motors, valves, and seals—recording the receipt in the system, and reporting any discrepancies. • Record all warehouse transactions, including receipts, issues, and other movements, in the Jakarta management system, ensuring consistency between the physical inventory, supporting documentation, and system information; participate in inventories and reconciliations according to the current methodology.
• Maintain fluid and timely communication with Planning, Quality, Purchasing, Sales, Billing, suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders, following up on emails, releases, claims, and conditions that may impact delivery.
• Keep materials identified, classified, and stored according to FIFO criteria, layout, code, material type, and location; apply 6S practices, document activities, and maintain order, cleanliness, and the availability of supplies in the area.
• Use assigned tools, handling equipment, and lifting devices correctly, maintaining their condition and storage, and collaborate with general warehouse tasks to ensure operational continuity in the event of absences, peak demand, or extraordinary needs. • Comply with and promote ESH&S standards, participate in safety training, meetings, and inspections, develop or contribute to Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses, proposing corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in receiving, storage, and shipping processes, and collaborate with supervisors and relevant departments in implementing solutions that reduce errors, delays, and operational risks.
Requisitos del Puesto
• High school diploma. Technical training or studies related to logistics, operations, or warehouse management will be considered an asset.
• Verifiable experience of at least 3 years in industrial warehouses, order picking, and receiving and shipping materials or equipment.
• Experience in packaging and conditioning industrial parts and equipment, document control, traceability, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in ERP or warehouse management systems. Experience with Jakarta or equivalent systems will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of domestic shipping documentation and basic understanding of international trade, packing lists, and coordination with carriers or logistics operators.
• Proficiency in computer tools and collaborative platforms, especially email, Microsoft Office, and Teams.
• Knowledge of 6S practices, FIFO, and quality, safety, and environmental standards. Experience in organizations certified under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 will be considered an asset.
• Valid driver's license. Professional registration and forklift operator certification will be considered an asset, where applicable.
