Description
The Labor Relations Supervisor will play a key role in managing and enhancing the relationship between the management team and employees. This position is responsible for overseeing labor relations activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive work environment. The supervisor will collaborate with various departments to address employee concerns, negotiate labor contracts, and implement policies that support organizational goals while fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
Your Role
- Oversee the implementation of company policies and internal regulations.
- Oversee the Recruitment and Selection process.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain the communication process to ensure employees are communicated, heard, understood and responded to for effective communication.
- Promote a culture of high performance.
- Promote a Culture of Diversity and Inclusion.
- Support sports, social and cultural activities organized by Human Resources.
- Support Human Resources Management in handling labor conflicts.
- Manage information, follow up on improvement action plans.
- Participate in corporate projects focused on improving Human Resources practices.

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or related career.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources processes.
- Negotiation and conflict management skills.
- High level of oral and written expression.
- Microsoft office skills
- Knowledge of the LFT
- Experience in recruitment of unionized personnel
- HR Metrics management
- Conversational English
