We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can find the right companies, reach the right people, and start real conversations that turn into business.

About the Role

• Research target companies, identify decision makers, and reach them through every outbound channel
• Qualify prospects and book discovery meetings for our sales team
• Lead quality matters more than volume. You are measured on qualified meetings, not messages sent

What You Will Do

• Research US and Canadian companies that fit our ideal customer profile
• Find and verify founders, CEOs, CTOs, and product and technology leaders
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists by industry, company size, location, and role
• Run outbound across all channels: cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, freelance platforms such as Upwork, online communities, industry directories, referrals, and partnerships
• Make high-volume cold calls, handle objections, and book discovery meetings
• Write and run personalized cold email and LinkedIn sequences with consistent follow-ups
• Qualify leads on need, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority before handoff
• Keep the CRM accurate and current with lead status, notes, and next steps
• Track weekly numbers: prospects researched, conversations started, qualified leads, and meetings booked
• Test new channels and messaging, and double down on what works
• Review results with leadership every week and improve targeting and messaging

What You Bring

• A-Levels or a bachelor's degree
• 1 to 3 years of B2B experience in lead generation, sales development, appointment setting, or outbound sales
• Experience with a software services, IT consultancy, or technology company is strongly preferred
• Perfect written and spoken English. You will speak and write daily to North American business owners and executives
• Confident on cold calls and comfortable with high call volume
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo
• Familiarity with cold email tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist
• Comfortable with CRMs, Google Sheets, and Excel
• Strong research skills and attention to data accuracy
