Job Summary:

The Senior Test Engineer leads the development, implementation, and optimization of test solutions for electronic products, supporting production, troubleshooting test failures, improving yields, and ensuring reliable test processes. This role partners with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement and support new product introductions.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead test engineering activities for electronic products in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Develop, modify, validate, and support ICT, Functional, System, and ESS test solutions.
• Troubleshoot test failures, perform root cause analysis, and drive yield improvement initiatives.
• Support test equipment installation, calibration, verification, and integration into production.
• Create and maintain test documentation, procedures, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve test-related issues.
• Train and mentor test technicians and operators on equipment, processes, and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate and implement new test technologies, automation solutions, and best practices.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of Test Engineering experience within electronics manufacturing (EMS preferred).
• Strong experience with ICT, Functional Test, System Test, and ESS environments.
• Experience with AOI, AXI/X-Ray inspection systems and failure analysis.
• Knowledge of DFT, test coverage, yield improvement, SPC, PFMEA, and root cause methodologies.
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and other electronic test equipment.
• Programming experience in Python, LabVIEW, TestStand, Perl, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing test fixtures, hardware interfaces, and automated test solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex electronic failures down to component level.
• Advanced English communication skills.
