Role Overview
As a Social Media Intern in the Marketing team, you will help shape and amplify the company’s digital presence across key social platforms. This role is focused on creating engaging content, supporting social media campaigns, and using analytics to improve brand visibility and audience engagement over the 3 to 6 month internship period.
What will you do at Fynd?
- Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media channels
- Create engaging social media posts, captions, and basic visual assets using Canva
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports using Google Analytics and platform insights
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to support content strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and brand positioning across channels
- Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
- Support the team with content ideas, campaign brainstorming, and day-to-day marketing tasks
Some specific Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 0-1 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content-related work
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva
- Ability to analyze basic performance metrics and interpret engagement data
- Prior internship or project experience in social media marketing
- Exposure to Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
- Understanding of brand voice, audience targeting, and content planning
- Experience working with marketing calendars or campaign scheduling tools
