Venture Capital Job – Investor Relations Associate – India Quotient

We’re hiring at India Quotient, and this one is a little different from the roles people usually message me about.

Most of my conversations about IQ are about founders. The companies we backed early, like ShareChat, Sugar, Giva and Kuku FM, and what it took to get there. What people rarely talk about is the other side of the table. Every cheque we write starts with someone who trusted us with their money first. Our LPs.

We’re looking for an Investor Relations Associate to look after those relationships. You’ll work closely with our leadership team on fundraising, put together the reports our investors actually read, and pretty quickly become the person they think of when they think of IQ.

If you’ve spent 2 or 3 years in IR, fund ops, banking, Big 4 or PE/VC, this could be a great fit. A CA, CFA or MBA in finance helps. You should be quick with Excel and PowerPoint, write well, and be the kind of person who checks a number three times because it genuinely bothers you not to.

One thing I want to be upfront about. This isn’t an investing role, and it doesn’t turn into an Investment role later. It’s for someone who enjoys the investor side of a fund and wants to get really good at it.

It’s full-time and in person in Bangalore. The application link is in the comments section, and that’s the only way we’re taking applications, so please don’t DM me your CV
