Venture Capital Job – Investor Relations Associate – IndiaQuotient

We’re hiring an Investor Relations Associate at IndiaQuotient! We back founders at pre-seed and seed, across sectors, building for India and the world. Over 100 companies later, including ShareChat, Sugar Cosmetics, Giva and Kuku FM, we’re looking for someone to own how IQ shows up for the investors who back us.

What you’ll do:

1. Be the first point of contact for our LPs and manage those relationships day to day
2. Work with our leadership team on fundraising, from pitch materials to LP meetings
3. Own fund reporting so that every update reaching an LP is accurate, clear and on time

What we’re looking for:

1. 2–3 years in IR, fund operations, investment banking, Big 4 or PE/VC
2. A strong finance foundation (CA, CFA or MBA Finance is a plus)
3. Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint, and clear, crisp writing
4. An obsession with accuracy, because every number you produce goes in front of an investor
