SAP FI/CO Consultant with strong AMS/support experience and Australian Finance exposure, supporting S/4HANA/ECC clients across production issues, month-end processes and financial integrations.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced SAP Finance Consultant to join our growing Application Management Services (AMS) team.
You’ll provide hands-on L2 support across SAP FI/CO, working with Australian and APAC clients across S/4HANA and ECC environments. From resolving production issues and supporting month-end close to delivering enhancements and continuous improvements, you’ll play an important role in keeping financial operations stable and reliable.

What You’ll Do
- Provide L2 support across SAP FI modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting and Cash Management.
- Support SAP CO areas including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing and COPA.
- Troubleshoot posting errors, reconciliation issues, document splitting, currency valuation and master data issues.
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities.
- Support Australian GST, statutory reporting and BAS requirements.
- Work with Integration teams on CPI interfaces, banking/payment files, bank statements, payroll GL postings and third-party integrations.
- Investigate incidents and service requests, perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes or workarounds.
- Support enhancements, testing, transports, releases and minor projects.
- Maintain knowledge articles, configuration records, process flows and user training materials.
- Collaborate with SAP MM, SD, HCM/Payroll, Basis and Security teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and proactive monitoring.
Key Criteria
- 3+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, ideally within an AMS or support environment.
- Experience supporting Australian finance environments, including Australian GST, statutory reporting and compliance.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting SAP Finance and integration issues.
- Understanding of ITIL-based Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Work Setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM PHT, with finish times ranging from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM PHT, depending on client requirements. Permanent work-from-home setup
