As an Acceleration Center - Tax Leader - Director you will lead client support work within our Tax Services practice, with a focus on Tax Compliance and Domestic Tax Compliance in the context of Global Business Structuring. As a Director you will set strategic direction, guide business growth, and manage executive-level client relationships while overseeing multiple workstreams, developing solutions, and supporting leaders across the team. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will drive tax compliance delivery, shape engagement priorities, and bring a commercial mindset to complex client needs.

Responsibilities 

• Lead the strategic direction and operations of the Tax practice in Mexico 

• Drive business development initiatives to enhance market presence 

• Oversee various projects to maintain alignment with organizational goals 

• Cultivate an inclusive environment that supports talent growth 

• Foster relationships with executive-level clients to secure satisfaction 

• Promote continuous learning and development within the team 

• Identify market opportunities and implement impactful strategies

What You Must Have 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, communication or business related major 

• 12 years of business experience with leading teams 

• Oral and written proficiency in English required
