As a Senior Associate - Assurance, you will engage in delivering financial statement audits within our Assurance practice. This role involves working directly with clients to understand their business, analyze complex financial data, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client relationships and guide junior team members. You will navigate complex situations, using your problem-solving abilities to deliver quality work while growing your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities
- Conducting financial statement audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to identify trends and insights
- Reviewing and verifying financial documents to validate compliance with accounting and financial reporting standards
- Utilizing auditing methodologies to assess internal controls and identify areas for improvement
- Managing client relationships and providing support to address their financial reporting needs
- Collaborating with teams to develop and implement data-driven audit strategies
- Applying data analysis and visualization techniques to enhance audit processes
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform audit planning and execution
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with changes in accounting policies and regulations
- Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on technical accounting and auditing practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting or Chartered Accountant or equivalent (such as ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia)
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
