As a Finance Manager - FP&A Operations, you will play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to provide actionable financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure alignment between operational execution and financial objectives.

As a Finance Manager - FP&A Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the annual operating plan, three-year strategic plan, budgeting, and forecasting processes across assigned business areas.
• Managing the full business planning cycle while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and financial targets.
• Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) across Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, and Commissioning functions.
• Analyzing financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.
• Driving initiatives to improve profitability, productivity, working capital, and cash generation.
• Providing financial insights and recommendations that support strategic business decisions and operational excellence.
• Partnering with business leaders to evaluate investments, growth opportunities, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews with leadership teams.
• Delivering meaningful financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborating across multiple functions to understand business drivers and assess financial impacts.
• Developing financial models and forecasting tools to improve planning accuracy and business visibility.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial processes, reporting efficiency, and decision-making capabilities.
• Influencing stakeholders and providing financial guidance to support business objectives.
• Coaching and developing team members while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while ensuring high-quality deliverables and execution.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance Operations, or a related finance discipline.
• Have strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management experience.
• Have experience supporting business operations through financial analysis and strategic decision support.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Have the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions and organizational levels.
• Have experience developing financial models, forecasts, and business performance metrics.
• Have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to leadership teams.
• Have strong project management and organizational skills.
• Have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Have the ability to document, plan, coordinate, and execute strategic initiatives.
• Have strong business acumen and the ability to understand operational and financial drivers.
• Have experience collaborating across Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial organizations.
