General Position Overview

The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the operational backbone of the marketing department. This position is responsible for product data management, pricing coordination, website content maintenance, email campaign execution, reporting and cross-functional project support. The role ensures data accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely execution of marketing initiatives while providing actionable insights through performance reporting and analytics.

The ideal candidate is very detail-oriented, tech-savvy and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Essential Job Functions

Demonstrates SoundOff Signal’s Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers

Input and maintain accurate and consistent product data as well as importing and exporting from data loader tools (Salesforce)

Perform regular product audits and maintain dashboards to ensure data quality and integrity

Generate reports and insights from product data to support decision-making and performance tracking 

Maintain and update price guides across product lines

Document processes and standards for product data management to ensure consistency and training support.

Lead and coordinate price change projects, ensuring timely execution and communication with stakeholders

Lead the email marketing process and execution of campaigns

Manage website content updates to support product launches, marketing initiatives and routine content enhancements

Provide administrative and logistical support for cross-functional marketing projects such as sales incentive trip, company store, product catalog coordination, ambassador onboarding and more

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, product data management, CRM user, project coordination or related business operations functions.

Experience working with product data, familiarity with a PIM   tool a plus

Experience with building email campaigns, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement is a plus

Strong proficiency in Excel and data entry systems

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce reporting, Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting platforms preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Able to perform the job consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness
