Manufacturing Excellence Assistant (Project-based)

Project aims to ensure all production data are encoded and available in a timely manner, available for ManEx and Production Team in a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Document basic process of material flow from daystore to production for top material loss
• Identify source of loss / bottleneck, and propose recommendations based on observations
• Daily data collection from production operator's logbook. Data includes OEE losses and output for 14 machines
• Encode daily performance of each machine or area in the R2S Dashboard
• Encoding of daily FOS dashboard
• Updating of OEE MMP file with the data collected from production
• Printing of operator's logsheet and other monitoring forms
• Other data entry needed for reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Management
• Willing to work on a project-based contract of 6 months
• Willing to work on a fixed schedule of 6AM to 3PM from Monday to Saturday
