Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking a Enterprise Operations Manager to join our team supporting the Transportation Team .

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

Experience:

• 10+ years in IT operations with 5+ in a management role.

Certifications:

• ITIL v4 Intermediate or higher
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT Engineering, or related discipline.

Clearance:

• Public Trust – Moderate Risk.

RESPONSIBILITIESOversees daily operational performance of enterprise systems across infrastructure, ensuring high availability, incident resolution, and SLA adherence.

 

• Supervise Infrastructure, Network, and Data Center Operations teams.
• Coordinate enterprise monitoring, patching, and configuration management.
• Manage capacity, performance, and change management processes.
• Report on uptime, incident trends, and performance metrics.

• Location: WASHINGTON METRO AREA (WMA)
• Type of environment: Office
• Noise level: Low
• Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
• Amount of Travel: 30% within WMA

WAGE INFORMATION 

Target salary range: $130,000 - $160,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The listed salary represents one component of the total compensation package for employees.
